Our full hog is expertly smoked over natural wood, transforming it into a culinary masterpiece. We start with a premium hog, typically weighing between 60 to 100 pounds, and dedicate over 10 hours to the smoking process. This patient cooking method ensures that the meat absorbs all the rich, smoky flavors while becoming incredibly tender. When it’s ready, the meat falls right off the bone, offering a succulent, melt-in-your-mouth experience that’s perfect for gatherings and celebrations.
Pulled Pork
Our slow-smoked pulled pork is a true labor of love. It’s meticulously smoked for over 10 hours, allowing the meat to absorb just the right amount of smoky flavor. The result is incredibly tender, juicy pork that effortlessly falls apart, making it perfect for sandwiches or as a hearty main dish.
Texas Style Brisket

Great taste is the name of the game and we're committed to stepping up to the plate. Equipped with an 18 foot handcrafted 250 gallon offset smoker and 5 ft charcoal BBQ. We cook all our food low and slow over natural hardwood, hickory, oak and apple to bring our food to the next level!
