Hogs are roughly 100 to 200 lbs. They are smoked over 10 hours until they fall right off the bone.

Great taste is the name of the game and we're committed to stepping up to the plate. Equipped with an 18 foot handcrafted 250 gallon offset smoker and 5 ft charcoal BBQ. We cook all our food low and slow over natural hardwood, hickory, oak and apple to bring our food to the next level!
